SANKOFA FUFU Flour is unique in that it contains special ingredients that promote good health. FIBRE has been added to Sankofa Fufu flour; fibre promotes healthy bowels, it can help reduce obesity and promotes a healthy heart.Sankofa Fufu flour also contains SOY PROTEINS; soy proteins can help reduce cholesterol when included as part of a diet low in saturated fat. Sankofa fufu flour contains no added artificial colours.


                                                                                         SANKOFA FUFU powder [flour] is specially formulated to replace part of the carbohydrate with vegetable proteins  and fibre.

PREPARING FUFU MEAL: Just add water to Sankofa Fufu flour and mix to a smooth slurry. Cook while stirring, when thickened knead to required texture. Cooking takes 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with soup.
